From Monday, 9th of June 2025, I will commence "The Magic" by Rhonda Byrne. This is a 28 day program aimed at looking at life and it's situations from a more positive, grateful, perspective. To help achieve this, there are different exercises to do every day, steering you towards gratitude, and forming the habit of practicing it throughout your day. I will share the daily information and the practices so you can follow along.
